Please contact us at 800-410-4183 Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and instructions on how to return the product for a full refund less the original shipping and handling fee (if applicable). No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

If your Wahl product fails to operate satisfactorily within five (5) years from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift, Wahl will, at our option, repair or replace it and return it to you FREE OF CHARGE.
